Eddie Murphy and his former wife Nicole Mitchell had a very long (by Hollywood standards) marriage, 12 years.

The wedding of Eddie and Tracey on 1st January 2008 at a private small island off Bora Bora was not quite a legal wedding.

The wedding which took place in Bora Bora was just a ceremony to bind Eddie and Tracey spiritually in the warm presence of family and mates. The couple had planned a legal ceremony upon their return to the States.

The spiritual wedding ceremony was held under a 7,000 shell covered gazebo on the loveliest beach at sunset before 30 guests. Tracey walked down the aisle to Gladys Knight’s Makings of You – amazingly romantic. (more…)
